Services: The Website provides information, services, and products about various types of hockey sport.
Some services are provided directly by the company and some by third-party vendors and website partners.
Warranty and refunds: will be provided by the seller of the product or the service as mentioned in the corresponding service or product description. The company is not responsible for the delivery, or the quality of the products and services provided by third-party vendors, such as sellers on the marketplace, or the advertisers in the classified ads board. No refunds for digital products such as coupons and tickets.
Payment: The fee for the services to be provided by the Website or its vendors is described on the corresponding service’s or product’s page. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms.
Confidentiality: You acknowledge that the Company may have access to confidential information in the course of providing services to you. The Company shall keep confidential all such information and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without your prior written consent.

The Company’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company under this Agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Company shall cease providing the services and you shall pay the Company for all services provided through the date of termination.
General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in The Civilian Court in Rishon LeTzion, Israel.
